Pastor Messer preached on the importance of a believer’s need to build his life on the Word of God just as the man from Jesus’ parable built his Life on the rock. Pastor Messer quoted Martin Luther in his statement "doctrine is good and a precious thing, but it is not being preached for the sake of being heard but for the sake of action and its application to life." there are those Christians who build their lives on sand and only participate in the actions of a Christian but, do not build their lives on the rock by having a true personal relationship with Christ.
